Qoobus is a logistics business network platform which allows companies from logistics (shippers, carriers and freight forwarders), who sign-up for free profiles, to connect with new or existing partners/companies to trade and exchange their freight or transportation capacity online. It allows users to search freight or transport solutions and create business networks to generate more business.

To register your company on Qoobus, go to the "Register" page and fill out the required information. As an admin, you can add more users to your company profile. During the registration phase, you will need to provide company documents to prove that your company is valid and that you have the right to register the company.

While we do the KYC, not all companies on Qoobus are verified. If a company has been verified by Qoobus, you'll see the verification icon at the end of its company name or employee name. Users can use Qoobus without being verified, but the fact that the company is not verified will always be displayed on different pages like company profile, user profile, company loads, and transport solutions.

You can apply for company verification once you have created a company profile on Qoobus. The verified badge is a paid feature that proves the last step of the KYC process, which is related to providing information about your valid bank accounts.

Once you create a Qoobus account for your company, your company profile will be available for search engine results, meaning that an account on Qoobus is also a client acquisition channel.

Qoobus offers both free and paid subscription plans. The free plan allows users to access basic features while the paid plans provide additional premium features such as unlimited access to the matchmaking engine, increased daily usage quota, and access to the “verified badge”. The paid plans vary in price depending on the size of the company and the included technology. Users can upgrade their subscription from freemium to premium at any time.
